The SCR Elektroniks High Voltage Tester (Hipot Tester) is a reliable testing equipment used to check the insulation strength and electrical safety of electrical and electronic products. The equipment comes with digital displays for voltage and current, programmable test timing, safety interlocks, and a heavy-duty epoxy-cast high-voltage transformer. It is available in AC, DC, and AC+DC versions and can be customized according to specific testing requirements.

The Hipot Tester works by applying a predetermined high voltage to the product under test and measuring the leakage current through the insulation. If the leakage current exceeds the set limit, the unit immediately trips and identifies the product as faulty.
We can customize the product based on Voltage Level & Leakage Milliampere Level so as to suit its testing needs.
In case of routine testing solution employing mechanical test jigs, the number of MCBs (to be tested simultaneously) can be customized as 1, 4 and 20.
