It can be customized with a dedicated PLC that stores test settings, runs the test sequence, measures millivolt drop and resistance, and saves results for later use or PC download.
The PC‑based TestWare software displays these results and allows them to be exported to Office applications.
The product is used to measure the millivolt drop at a high dc voltage or to assess the micro-ohms of an MCB. The measurement is important – the MCB should not drop more voltage and consume active power in real world. Also the test ascertains if the MCB contacts are properly manufactured in side the MCB to prevent unwanted drops. The tester can be used as a routine tester if the manufacturers desires for additional compliance and quality control.
